Dr. Arzu Hushmand Arya is a radiology specialist with extensive experience in diagnostic imaging, breast imaging, ultrasonography, and image-guided interventional procedures. After completing her medical education at Tehran University of Medical Sciences Faculty of Medicine, she pursued her radiology residency at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in various healthcare institutions, gaining comprehensive expertise in the use of advanced imaging technologies for disease diagnosis, evaluation, and follow-up.

A significant focus of Dr. Arya’s clinical practice is ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy procedures. She has extensive experience in the evaluation and biopsy of thyroid nodules, salivary gland lesions, lymph nodes, and breast cysts, utilizing imaging-guided techniques to support accurate diagnosis and effective patient management.

Her clinical interests include abdominal radiology, ultrasonography, breast imaging, and minimally invasive diagnostic procedures. Dr. Arya is dedicated to the early detection, accurate assessment, and ongoing monitoring of a wide range of medical conditions through evidence-based radiological practices. Her expertise in ultrasonography and mammography contributes to comprehensive diagnostic care for her patients.

As a member of the Turkish Society of Radiology, Dr. Arya remains actively engaged with developments in her field and incorporates current scientific knowledge into her clinical practice.
