Scheduling an Appointment

• In Person: Appointments can be arranged directly at the hospital with the assistance of our patient services representatives.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Registration and Check-In Process

When you arrive at the hospital for your appointment, please follow these steps:

1. Check In at the Patient Registration Desk: Upon arrival, please visit the Patient Registration Desk. Our reception staff will provide directions and information regarding the outpatient clinic where your appointment is scheduled.
2. Outpatient Clinic Procedures: Once your registration has been completed, our staff will guide you through the necessary steps and assist you in meeting with your physician.

What to Bring

To ensure a smooth and efficient registration process, please bring the following documents:

For All Patients

• Government-issued identification card or passport (required)
• Referral document, if applicable
• Previous medical records, laboratory results, and imaging studies (if available)
• A list of current medications or copies of your prescriptions

For Patients with Private Health Insurance

• Government-issued identification card

For International Patients

• Passport
• Residence permit or visa documentation, if applicable

Important Information About Your Appointment

• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Appointment durations and waiting times may vary depending on patient volume and clinical requirements. We appreciate your understanding.
• Prescriptions, medical reports, and test results will also be available electronically through your e-Nabız account following your visit.
• All outpatient clinics operate in accordance with strict patient privacy and confidentiality standards.
